.RAR files are compressed archives. There are a variety of free programs that can open them. For example 7zip and WinRAR.

Why do some entries have a Part 2 or 3 link for only one of the mirrors?

It is because the host for that mirror has a file size cap, some files had to be made into split archives. This means that a single entry may have one mirror with 2 parts and at the same time another mirror with only the one part. The part 2 only needs to be downloaded for the mirror that has the part 2 link next to it.

What is the difference between "Doujinshi" and "Manga"?
